I had to stop by "the house" today to pick up some tools that I needed to install the curtain rod in the apartment. Every time I walk in to "the house" I experience an odd mixture of feeling like a visitor yet grieving for the dream never realized. I still want it to feel like home - like a place full of love for Cam and I - yet it is just "the house."

There is a difference between a house and a home.
It takes a lot to realize sometimes, when "the house" isn't good enough to be your home.

Yep, there is definitely a difference between a "house" and a "home". Hopefully your apartment is "home" for you and Cam.
